Current School Improvement Priorities

Our School Improvement Plan serves as the catalyst to fulfil our Christian vision. 

Our three key priorities are:

- To fully embed a high-quality curriculum in all subjects, to support all children to engage fully in their learning; know and remember more and achieve the best possible outcomes, no matter what their starting point.

- To ensure that a well-structured CPD programme supports all teaching, in all key stages, to be of the highest standard, supporting all children to close post-COVID gaps. Staff engage fully with research and develop the most effective strategies for teaching and learning.

- To develop the leadership team at all levels within the school in order that it can lead school improvement within EYFS/preschool and across the whole school, effectively, ensuring excellence in education in all key stages.
